GraFit, GrafTech International’s Wellness Program, is designed to align with the interests of our employees and the goals of our company. To encourage you to take charge of your health, GrafTech offers the opportunity to earn a combination of health insurance premium incentives, cash incentives and earned Tokens to spend on your choice of prizes.
Program Dates: January 1, 2024 – December 1, 2025
Preventive Care: Complete your annual preventive care visit and submit your form by December 1, 2024 to earn a $400 premium incentive. This incentive will be awarded in 2025. See your PeopleOne Health portal for more information!
Quarterly Activities: For each quarter that you complete one of the following activities, you will earn a $50 cash incentive – up to $200 total for the year. This incentive will be paid out at the end of the 2024 calendar year.
- Health coaching session
- Lunch and learn
Quarterly Token Opportunities: Each quarter you will have the opportunity to participate in a wellness-related activity in exchange for Tokens! See your PeopleOne Health portal for more information!
- Active Medical Participants and Wellness Participants without Medical will receive 100 Tokens for Age Gender Appropriate Screenings.
- Wellness Participants without Medical will receive 200 Tokens for your Annual Preventative Visit and 25 Tokens for quarterly activities.
