GrafTech pays the entire cost for your Life and Travel Accident coverage and insures you for risks you may encounter while traveling on company business.  MetLife is the provider of this benefit.

• You do not need to enroll in the Life and Travel Accident plans.
• You become a participant in the Life Insurance plan once you become an eligible employee.
• Travel Accident insurance plan automatically goes into effect on your first day of employment.
• The Basic Life benefit is equivalent to 1x your annual base pay.
• Travel Accident benefit is 4x your annual base.
