Short Term Disability (STD)

If your illness or injury requires limited time away from work, this company-paid benefit will replace part of your income.

  • Is available to you if you work more than 30 hours per week at your location when you become an eligible employee
  • Is a company-provided benefit
  • Does not require you to enroll in this benefit
  • Is provided at no expense to you
  • Continues a percentage of your monthly base salary
  • This benefit pays you without being subject to income tax
  • Coverages through MetLife

If you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to illness or injury, Long Term Disability coverage can provide a percentage of income for the time you are out of work.

Long Term Disability (LTD)

  • Is available to you if you work more than 30 hours per week at your location when you become an eligible employee
  • Is a company-provided benefit
  • Does not require you to enroll in this benefit
  • Is provided at no expense to you
  • Continues 65% of your annual base pay, to a maximum of $10,000 per month
  • This benefit pays you without being subject to income tax
  • Coverages through MetLife
