If your illness or injury requires limited time away from work, this company-paid benefit will replace part of your income.
- Is available to you if you work more than 30 hours per week at your location when you become an eligible employee
- Is a company-provided benefit
- Does not require you to enroll in this benefit
- Is provided at no expense to you
- Continues a percentage of your monthly base salary
- This benefit pays you without being subject to income tax
- Coverages through MetLife
If you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to illness or injury, Long Term Disability coverage can provide a percentage of income for the time you are out of work.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
- Is available to you if you work more than 30 hours per week at your location when you become an eligible employee
- Is a company-provided benefit
- Does not require you to enroll in this benefit
- Is provided at no expense to you
- Continues 65% of your annual base pay, to a maximum of $10,000 per month
- This benefit pays you without being subject to income tax
- Coverages through MetLife
